What OverDue is
OverDue is an energy-aware task scheduler. You define the time blocks you actually work in, connect a call or meeting recorder, and OverDue pulls the action items from your recordings into a triage queue. You approve the ones worth doing, and the scheduler lays them into your week, ranked by deadline, urgency, dollar impact, and the kind of focus each one needs.
How scheduling works
- Categories and time windows. Every task belongs to a category (Work, Personal, and so on). Each category has the hours it is OK to schedule into. The scheduler never places a task outside your windows.
- Four ranking dimensions. Each task carries a deadline, an urgency (P1 to P4), a dollar impact (direct, indirect, none), and an energy level (deep, shallow, admin). The scheduler weighs all four, so revenue work and hard deadlines never slip behind busywork.
- Busy time is respected. Connect Google Calendar, or add busy blocks by hand, and the scheduler works around every meeting.
- You trigger it. Hit Build my week and OverDue places everything, highest priority first, inside your working hours. Long tasks split across multiple sessions; your daily focus cap is never exceeded.
